The Collegium Institute is a private corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania organized under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. TIN: 46-3047945 It has been granted tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service under the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) “Group Ruling.”  Collegium is governed by its board of directors and is entirely independent of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the USCCB, and it is not affiliated with Collegium: A Colloquy for Faith and Intellectual Life at the College of the Holy Cross, which is a membership organization of Catholic colleges and universities.
