A Short History of Lessons & Carols

First held in the late 19th century England, Lessons & Carols started as a new way to worship and celebrate Christmas through a combination of readings and carols.  Most famous for its reiteration at Kings College, the service has spread around the world and across traditions as a means of reflecting on Christmas.
